The Factory Performance Space is a 78-seat, multi-purpose performance venue located in Sligo. The original structure functioned as a dockland warehouse and dates from the early 1800s. It was converted from a derelict state to its current purpose by Blue Raincoat Theatre Company in 1991.

Major renovation works were carried out on the building in 2000 under the aegis of Interreg, IFI and The Arts Council of Ireland. In addition to the main auditorium the premises also has a large rehearsal studio and foyer exhibition space. Development work since 2000 has realised a third independent studio space for County Sligo Youth Theatre and the opening of a Theatre Library.
